Mergo Holding was founded in 2000 and is the first developer to fully specialized in industrial park development in Estonia and the Baltics.

Our goal is to create excellent conditions for businesses to thrive in, we achieve that by enhancing land through detailed planning and creation of infrastructure.

Over the years we have developed and sold: 3 large industrial parks in Harju County, Tallinn Metro Area (Tänassilma 50 ha, Vaida 30 ha, Maardu 15 ha), 1 industrial park in Eastern-Estonia, Petroskoi Russia (42 ha) and Riga Latvia (5 ha).
